Did you know I started as a shy MC at small events?  Nervousness got the best of me and i avoided eye contact whenever I am on stage. But i was determined.  I practiced posture, recorded myself to assess my body language, and even joined the drama team in my local church just to overcome the shyness and stage fright. Every professional MC have experienced atleast one chaos in an event. The microphone decides to sing opera instead of your intro. The guest speaker gets stuck in traffic (Lagos traffic, no surprises there). Maybe even the caterers forget the jollof rice.
