Managing Stage Presence and Body Language

Did you know I started as a shy MC at small events?  Nervousness got the best of me and i avoided eye contact whenever I am on stage. But i was determined.  I practiced posture, recorded myself to assess my body language, and even joined the drama team in my local church just to overcome the shyness and stage fright. Gradually, my confidence grew.
