Welcome to my booking page
Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Booking Process:
When you submit a booking request, you acknowledge that it is a request and not a confirmed booking.
Your request will be reviewed after which I will contact you to discuss further details and confirm the booking.
2. Booking confirmation
The booking is considered confirmed only after you must have paid 70% of the total fee to secure your event date.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event date.
If you cancel the event at anytime, the initial deposit will be forfeited.
IOK Event services reserve the right to terminate our services if you engage in inappropriate
or unsafe behaviour.
3. Event Details
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including the event date, time, venue, and other relevant information.
Any changes or additions to the event plan must be communicated in writing and may result in
additional charges/termination of the booking.
4. Cancellation
Incase of an emergency were I am unable to make it to your event for any reason, IOK Event Services will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement or refund any fees paid.
5. Event Preparation
You should provide all necessary event details, schedules, and any specific requirements to me in a timely manner to ensure proper preparation.
I will make reasonable efforts to tailor my performance to the event’s needs and objectives.
You are responsible for ensuring that the venue has the necessary technical equipment and support for me.
6. Disputes
In the event of a dispute between you and me or any of my team members, I encourage open communication to resolve the issue.

We will collect and process your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.
